The fibre laser systems Laser PULSE is designed for versatile surface processing of construction materials and for the shaping of surface layer properties.

Mobile Laser PULSE systems are designed for the processing of workpieces and materials with different shapes and surface structures. They can be used for cleaning, paint and coating removal, surface activation or preparation, marking and engraving as well as for art conservation applications.

The systems are stand-alone units and can be used in various locations, indoors and outdoors. The integrated system is ready to use and only requires connection to a suitable energy source.

The system sources are Trumpf’s TruPulse nano pulsed fibre lasers, offering patented GTWave and PulseTune technology, which are among the most versatile among industrial lasers. These sources emit electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength of 1062 nm (averaged value) and operate in a wide frequency range from 1 to 4000 kHz* and with adjustable pulse duration from 3ns to 2000 ns*.

The scanning head guides the beam through a precision galvanometer unit allowing extremely fast 2D or 3D machining. The machining area depends on the F-Theta lens used, typically up to 300×300 mm. It is also possible to design and customize beam guidance systems to suit individual customer requirements. The machining field is then limited only by the laws of physics and the size of the wallet.

Modern control systems and electronics based on advanced and reliable FPGA matrices work based on copyright software, compatible with Windows and popular graphic programs: CorelDraw, PhotoShop, AutoCad etc.

The range of possible applications is extremely wide and includes, among others:

– regeneration of casting moulds and shaping inserts

– reconditioning and overhaul of engine components and body panels in aviation

– shaping of surface properties in the processes of joining construction materials (gluing, welding)

– surface structuring (polishing or roughening)

– removal of paint and technical coatings

– cleaning and selective removal of secondary paint coatings in monument conservation (metal, stone, wood, polychrome)

– laser marking and engraving
